This helmet was created by analyzing the molecular structure of Galvanic Mechamorph.

The result of the research was a liquid black metal that was capable of programing.

F.L.A.S.H. is a collar that was programed to transform into a helmet.

While transforming the metal is quite plastic. When it reaches its final form, it gets harder.

F.L.A.S.H. can be used in every environment.

It can supply it's user with air by absorbing the exhaled air and changing it into the one capable of breathing.

It also has a scanner and a communication device.
